Sprint Pyramids

A pyramid is where you start small, build up and then down, for
example
25m - 50m - 75m - 100m - 75m - 50m - 25m = 400m
A set would be 400m warm up
Freestyle Pyramid - Butterfly Pyramid (every second distance - freestyle
until can do the whole lot one stroke) - Backstroke Pyramid - Breastroke
